Ardi Shita founded Bobby to fix the gig economy in his own city. He leads the New York team building one trusted app for everyday services — rides, cleaning, sitters, chefs and home pros — on a flat $1 booking fee, with nothing skimmed off the people doing the work.
Alongside Bobby he is a Managing Director at Oberon Securities in Manhattan, where he advises on mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory, private credit and financial restructuring for middle-market companies and real asset owners. His clients include entrepreneurs, corporations, family offices and institutional investors working on growth capital, acquisition financing, refinancings and recapitalisations.
He has more than 17 years of transaction experience and over $3 billion in completed deal volume, across senior and mezzanine debt, private credit, asset-backed lending and special situations. His restructuring work spans both debtor and creditor sides, including complex Chapter 11 and cross-border matters, having served as a senior officer, board member and restructuring advisor.
