Provider Agreement
This agreement covers how you provide services, set prices, and get paid as an independent Bobby provider.

Independent provider status
You provide services as an independent contractor, not an employee of Bobby. You decide when and whether to accept jobs.
Setting your price and the $1 fee
You set your own prices and keep 100% of them. Bobby only ever collects the customer's flat $1 fee (or the $2 food-delivery fee); nothing is deducted from your earnings.
Payouts
Earnings are paid out through Stripe to your linked bank account, and every payout is tracked in the app. You are responsible for your own taxes.
Verification and conduct
You must complete identity verification and any required background or license checks (for example, a TLC license for drivers) and keep them current. You agree to provide safe, professional service and to follow all applicable NYC laws.
Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. Bobby may suspend accounts that violate these terms or compromise customer safety.
