Pricing sourced July 2026 · Pre-launch comparison
In short
Squire bills shops a monthly subscription across four tiers, from $30 (Independent) up to $250 (Titan), and separately charges clients a convenience fee of $1 to $3 per booking. It is booking software you pay for monthly, not a per-booking commission on the shop.
Squire vs a flat fee, side by side
| Squire | Bobby (pre-launch) | |
|---|---|---|
| Fee model | Tiered monthly subscription | Flat fee per booking |
| Monthly cost | $30 to $250 per month by tier | None |
| Per-booking fee | $1 to $3, charged to the client | Flat $1, on top of the price |
| Cost in a quiet month | The subscription still bills | Nothing |
A worked example
Take a shop on the Pro tier.
Squire: The subscription is $50 a month billed whether the shop is busy or slow, and clients also pay a $1 to $3 convenience fee on each booking.
Bobby (being built): On the model Bobby is building there is no subscription; the shop pays a flat $1 per booking and nothing in a week with no clients.
The cost is a monthly subscription: $30 on Independent, $50 on Pro, $150 on Executive, and $250 on Titan, with the higher tiers layering in features like a custom app, multi-location support, and loyalty tools. Clients then pay a $1 to $3 convenience fee on each booking. That subscription bills every month, however many clients actually come through.
A per-booking model only charges when a booking happens. Bobby is being built with no subscription and a flat $1 per booking, so a shop pays for activity rather than a monthly tier, and a slow month costs nothing.
